We focus on the manufacture and export of chemical fiber filament and yarn, including polyester DTY, FDY and POY, polyester sewing thread, nylon DTY, spandex covered yarn and recycled polyester yarn. Our production base covers the complete process from spinning and texturing to twisting and covering, supported by an in-house laboratory, serving apparel, home textile, luggage and technical textile industries.

Quality Control Process
Incoming material inspection
Chips, finishes and tubes are inspected by batch, with records kept on file.
In-line process monitoring
Tension, temperature and breakage rate are monitored in-line during spinning and texturing.
Finished product testing
Sampling tests for linear density, tenacity, elongation, oil pickup and dyeing uniformity.
Sample retention & traceability
Samples retained for at least 12 months for full order traceability.
